Step 1. Finding the perfect candidates

We’ll connect to your LinkedIn pipeline & export lists of candidates your recruiters found for different jobs. Next, we’ll contact candidates via email outreach campaigns.

Step 2. Find contact emails of candidates

Not many people know how to reach out to candidates via email and omit the crowd. But we do! Having the list of candidates for the role from your pipeline, we use various tools to find email contact information that would help us start a conversation about the role with candidates.

Step. 3 Technical setup

Having emails is not enough. That’s why we verify all emails to make sure that we outreach to the right people, warm-up email accounts, set up correct SPF, DKIM, and DMARC values, and custom tracking domains (among other very boring technical things).  This is the most tedious part of the email campaigns – but absolutely necessary to make sure that candidates receive our messages.

Step 4. Email outreach start & reporting

When everything is set up we launch email outreach campaigns spanning multiple stages and days. We check email everyday to make sure to gather all CVs of interested candidates, feedback about role from candidates who are not interested as well as follow up with candidates who are on the fence regarding the role. What is cold email outreach?

Cold email outreach entails contacting passive candidates over email and presenting them with your specific jobs. It is the additional, not widely used way of contacting candidates that will boost the number of CVs and give you a better choice of candidates when deciding whom to hire, all while limiting recruitment costs dramatically.

Does cold email outreach work in recruitment?

YES. It works so well since most companies don’t have the technical knowledge on how to conduct email outreach campaigns, thus this method of contacting candidates is not saturated. The other reason is – candidates only check LinkedIn occasionally, whereas everyone has access to a phone where they can quickly see their new emails. We usually get dozens to hundreds of replies from candidates who did not reply on LinkedIn but did via email. Within this group, you have interested candidates and those who will later become hires. It would be foolish not to use such an advantage.

When it's best to use cold email for recruitment?

Our data shows that on average, over 57% of people who got messages with job offers on LinkedIn didn’t respond. It is even more shocking to know that within that group – there are people who were hired later on! Candidates are not the same. Some will reply on LinkedIn; some will not and prefer more direct outreach, like our cold emails. As a company, you should be aware of that and reach out to candidates in all possible ways – including cold email – ideally at the same time. The 2nd good strategy is to send out LinkedIn InMails first, and then write emails to candidates who didn’t reply.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes – if you pick the “Results-Based” model. In this case, we email your candidates and charge only when we obtain CVs of people who voiced their interest in your role. You don’t pay for “time” or “effort.”

How long before seeing the results of the email campaign?

Usually, campaigns have 3 stages and last 7 days – to make sure that all candidates had a chance to reply. Nevertheless, we will inform you of new interested candidates ASAP since we check email daily.

We need links to profiles of candidates on LinkedIn. The most common scenario entails adding us on LinkedIn Recruiter as a team member so that we could export candidates you have in your projects. If that is not possible for your company (you don’t have spare LI recruiter license to add us as a team member), we’ll guide your recruiters how to export candidates. After exporting such lists client’s involvement is not needed at all. We take care of the whole process after that.

We didn't find good candidates for the role yet - can you do that for us too?

Yes! I’ve been headhunting and talent sourcing for 9+ years in Europe, Scandinavia, and USA. If your role is within my area of expertise – I would be glad to help you find perfect candidates. Please mind that there is a headhunting success fee involved in that case – 15% of the hired candidate’s yearly salary paid upon the 1st day of work of said candidate.
